back in lisbon & cascais calling
After shooting our Summer 2 campaign in Lisbon earlier this season, we left feeling like we’d only scratched the surface. The city, and Portugal as a whole in fact, offered so much in terms of atmosphere, texture and incredible backdrops that we knew we had to return for Summer 3. And this time, our Creative Director Lee was able to join the trip and shoot, heading out to Portugal alongside Jordan and Kieran from the team.
With its rugged coastline, deep blue water and laid-back coastal energy, Cascais felt like the perfect setting to showcase some of our summer styles. The natural light and striking scenery brought a completely fresh feel to the collection, creating imagery that feels distinct from the rest of the season.
The evening before the shoot, we met our first model, Stephan, at our Airbnb to run through the looks and get him fitted in a few key pieces, and then the first full shoot day was spent wandering through the streets with him and Catarina, taking in everything that makes this part of Portugal feel so special. From quiet side streets to sun-soaked open squares, every corner offered something worth stopping for.

One thing the team kept coming back to was the architecture. The buildings, covered in traditional Portuguese tiles, brought so much texture and character to every shot. Soft pastel tones sat alongside weathered facades, while intricate details and faded signage gave the town a timeless charm.
There’s a relaxed pace to life there that naturally carried into the shoot. Nothing felt rushed. Instead, the day unfolded organically, moving between locations, following the light and capturing moments as they happened. That balance of structure and spontaneity is what made day one so memorable. Some of the strongest imagery came from simply exploring, staying curious and allowing the surroundings to shape the direction of the shoot.
Rather than just staying in the city, we based the second part of the shoot in and around Cascais - often referred to as the Portuguese Riviera. As always, some of the best moments came when things didn’t go to plan. On day two, while exploring the area with Eduardo - who many of you may recognise from our previous Lisbon shoot - we stumbled across what we initially thought was a beach hut. It turned out to be a small souvenir shop filled with shells, trinkets and postcards, owned by a local man named Antero. We’ve always loved the idea of photographing someone older - someone with real character and a face that tells a story. So, taking a chance, we asked Eduardo to translate while we introduced ourselves to Antero and explained the idea. We were stoked that he said yes.
We asked him to throw on one of our quarter-zips and pose for a few shots outside his shop. It was completely unplanned, but it quickly became one of our favourite moments from the trip - and one of our favourite images from the campaign.
The rest of the day was spent exploring the shoreline, climbing across rocks and shooting against the dramatic coastal landscape. The rugged scenery created the perfect contrast against the clean lines and relaxed styling of the collection.
One of the most memorable locations was Boca do Inferno. With waves crashing against the cliffs and the Atlantic stretching endlessly beyond, it was a powerful setting that perfectly captured the raw energy of the coastline and brought something special to the shoot.
It’s safe to say we’ve completely fallen in love with Portugal. Between Lisbon and Cascais, this part of the world has given us some unforgettable shoots and we’ve got a feeling we’ll be back again soon.
